McIntosh Apple Tree

$44.99
The McIntosh apple is a popular variety of apple tree that is known for its sweet and tart flavor and juicy flesh. At maturity, a McIntosh apple tree typically grows to a height of 10 to 15 feet (3 to 4.5 meters) and a width of 8 to 12 feet (2.4 to 3.7 meters). The tree has a spreading, upright growth habit and a medium-sized canopy of oval-shaped leaves that turn yellow in the fall. In the spring, the tree produces clusters of pink-tinged white flowers that are attractive to bees and other pollinators. McIntosh apples are typically ready for harvest in the late summer or early fall, and they are often used for eating fresh, making applesauce, or baking into pies and other desserts.
