Hoya, 'Wayetii'

Hoya 'wayetii' is one of those house plant types that stands out from the rest of its hoya family members with narrow, thick dark margin leaves around the edges which can turn red when the plant is given more light. Hoya 'wayetii' eventually produces flowers that appear like small red balls held in a cluster. Though this particular species is not a heavy bloomer, the interesting leaves make up for it.
