Peperomia, 'Verschaffeltii' (Mini-Watermelon)

Peperomia, 'Verschaffelti'  is commonly known as a Mini-Watermelon Peperomia because of its similarity of appearance to the rind (skin) of a watermelon. Unlike Peromia Argyreia (Watermelon), this Peperomia remains quite compact, growing in small mounds rather than on long stems. The ovate leaves are deep green along the veins and shimmery silver between.
