Dischidia 'Ruscifolia' (Million Hearts)

Dischidia 'Ruscifolia' This gorgeous heart shaped trailing plant, like it's close relative - the Hoya plant, it is an epiphyte, so if you are familar with Hoya care, you should treat these very similarly. Dischidia ruscifolia is nicknamed Million Hearts because of the way its long, vining stems are laden with pairs of heart-shaped, bright green leaves.
