Coral Sunset produces intense sunset coral, semi-double blossoms with rose overtones and a fluffy boss of deep yellow stamens in the center. The lightly fragrant flowers are long lasting in fresh bouquets. ‘Coral Sunset’ blooms early in the peony season and their fragrant blooms and lush foliage have made them popular for years. Peonies prefer full sun in rich drained soil and will reach around 28" in height and 24" in width at maturity. According to the ASPCA, peony plants are toxic to dogs and cats, however, are deer and rabbit resistant.
