Variegated Beautyberry

$39.99

The variegated beautyberry (Callicarpa dichotoma 'Duet') is a stunning shrub that grows up to 5-6 feet tall and 4-5 feet wide. It is characterized by its unique, variegated foliage, which features bright green leaves with creamy white margins.

In summer, the shrub produces small, pink to lavender flowers that are arranged in clusters along the stems. These flowers are followed by clusters of striking, metallic purple berries that are held close to the branches and persist well into winter. The combination of the variegated foliage and the colorful berries make the variegated beautyberry a standout in the garden, adding interest and texture to any landscape.

The shrub has an upright, spreading growth habit and can be pruned to maintain its shape and size. Its bark is gray-brown and slightly peeling, adding to its ornamental value.
