Dahlia LABELLA® Maggiore Fun Flame showcases dazzling flowers with bright red-orange petals, evoking the flames of a cheerful fire. Its remarkable flowers add an explosion of color and life to any garden space, making it an ideal choice for flower beds, borders, or floral arrangements. With 4-inch diameter flowers in vivid red-orange colors and bright yellow centers, this dahlia blooms on strong, sturdy stems. The flowers also fade more slowly and retain their colors longer.
Care

This plant does best in full sun to partial shade. It does best in average to evenly moist conditions, but will not tolerate standing water.

Growth Habit

Labella® Maggiore Fire Dahlia will grow to be about 22 inches tall at maturity, with a spread of 18 inches. When grown in masses or used as a bedding plant, individual plants should be spaced approximately 18 inches apart.Although it's not a true annual, this plant can be expected to behave as an annual in zone 7 if left outdoors over the winter.

Toxicity

Another beautiful flower that ranks among the plants toxic to dogs and cats are dahlias. Although not as high in toxicity as some of the other plants mentioned, this flower will cause your pet to experience mild gastrointestinal signs and mild dermatitis. Some of the best spring deer resistant flowers, or flowers for spring planting.

Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Thursdays; if your order is placed on a Wednesday, it may not ship until the following Wednesday. During peak season there may be delays in shipping. If it is too hot or cold, we suggest ordering during milder months to ensure plants arrive in best condition.
