This drench is a concentrate that can be dissolved in water and poured into the roots of your outdoor trees & shrubs. The active ingredient Imidacloprid (Imidacloprid which is an insecticide that mimics nicotine) and it moves down through the soil, and is absorbed by the roots. Once absorbed, it moves up through the tree or shrub, providing up to 12 months of systemic protection from sucking and biting insects. For best results apply in early fall or late spring. Only one application a year needed.
