Spicy Orange Thyme or Thumus x citriodorus 'Spicy Orange'  has somewhat needle like foliage that creeps along to form a nice carpet cover with soft pink flower spikes in mid summer.  Attractive to butterflies.
Care

Plants do well in containers, and they're drought tolerant, so consider them great for tough to grown ground cover areas. They should be planted in full sun for best flavor. The ground should be well drained and fairly fertile.

Growth Habit

Spicy Orange Thyme plants grows to height of 2-3" and 8" wide.   Moderate foot traffic Blooms are pink in June & July.  Semi-woody plants have leaves that are small and fragrant. Evergreen.

Toxicity

Thyme is among the herbs safe for dogs and cats. It is a good source of fiber and is rich in Vitamins A, C and K, which aids in regulating your pet's optimal immune function. Deer resistant.

Trees and shrubs have a 1 year warranty (exceptions may apply), but we highly encourage you to give us a call or email if you notice issues with your plant. We'd love to help you figure out what's wrong and save your plant!

Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Thursdays; if your order is placed on a Wednesday, it may not ship until the following Wednesday. During peak season there may be delays in shipping. If it is too hot or cold, we suggest ordering during milder months to ensure plants arrive in best condition.
