Red Carpet Stonecrop is smothered in stunning semi-evergreen red star-shaped flowers at the ends of the stems from early to mid summer. Its attractive tiny succulent round leaves emerge burgundy in spring, turning bluish-green in color with distinctive brick red edges. As an added bonus, the foliage turns a gorgeous dark red in the fall.
Excellent around bogs or ponds since it likes sun until afternoon (partial shade in our minds). Hardy in zones 3-9.
Spreads and grows to about 4" tall and 12-18" wide. Occasional deep carmine-red flowers.
This plant is generally considered non-toxic to cats and dogs. According to available information, this ground cover plant is not known to contain any substances harmful to pets if ingested.

Trees and shrubs have a 1 year warranty (exceptions may apply), but we highly encourage you to give us a call or email if you notice issues with your plant. We'd love to help you figure out what's wrong and save your plant!
Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Thursdays; if your order is placed on a Wednesday, it may not ship until the following Wednesday. During peak season there may be delays in shipping. If it is too hot or cold, we suggest ordering during milder months to ensure plants arrive in best condition.
