Fruits are best harvested when they are 6 to 8 inches long for peak tenderness and flavor. Frequent harvesting encourages continuous production throughout the summer. Zucchini can be grilled, sautéed, spiralized, baked into breads, or eaten raw, making it a garden staple with endless kitchen possibilities.
