Just 14-18 in. tall, Delphina Dark Blue White Bee delphiniums are part of the first series of true dwarf delphiniums. Delphina™ 'Dark Blue White Bee' Larkspur has deep violet blue, 1.5 in. double blooms have contrasting white central bees. The sturdy stems of Delphina delphiniums do not need to be staked, yet they are plenty long enough for use as cut flowers. Bushy, multiple-branched plants with lacy foliage grow 16 in. wide.

Care

Full sun to part shade. Moist, well-drained soil. Blooms Summer through Fall. Attracts pollinators! Cut spent blooms to encourage new growth. Blooms are tall and may be damaged by high winds. Best grown in zones 4-8. 

Growth Habit

4’ - 6’ tall and up to 2’ wide.

Do not ingest. Toxic to pets.

Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Thursdays; if your order is placed on a Wednesday, it may not ship until the following Wednesday. During peak season there may be delays in shipping. If it is too hot or cold, we suggest ordering during milder months to ensure plants arrive in best condition.
