Hypericum calycinum (or ground cover St Johns) is a wonderful full sun, evergreen ground cover plant that can handle lots of heat/dgrought.  Leaves are green to blue-green, 3" x 1" elongated leaves.  Blooms yellow in early Summer, 2"-3" in diameter.  Mature height 12"-18", spread 24"
