



Rosa banksiae 'Alba Plena' is a gorgeous white thornless, slightly fragrant rose bush. Lady Banks has a profusion of showy white flowers helps to make this white shrub ideal for climbing porches, arbors, over a roof, and fences. They are from China and are vigorous climbers with a fast growth rate. Plant them, and in no time at all, you can enjoy the beautiful sight of the slightly fragrant showy flowers as they burst onto the scene! Grow them on a sturdy trellis or fence to create a privacy screen both you and your neighbors will love!
Banks grows in full sun or partial shade and requires moist, but well-draining, acidic to neutral, loamy soil and good air circulation. Provide sturdy support for the branches to stimulate a sprawling vine. Prune away dead wood. No other pruning is necessary unless you wish to reduce the plant’s size. Prune soon after it blooms. Best grown in zones 8-10 so it can be iffy here in our zone 7 (Chattanooga).
The flowers of Landy Banks bloom in spring and last to early summer, adding plenty of appeal along the way.
Not deer resistant. Not considered toxic to pets.

For in store purchases: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 423-870-5000 or return the plant in its original pot/condition within 3 days. Trees and shrubs have a 1 year warranty (exceptions may apply), but we highly encourage you to give us a call or email if you notice issues with your plant. We'd love to help you figure out what's wrong and save your plant!
Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Thursdays; if your order is placed on a Wednesday, it may not ship until the following Wednesday. During peak season there may be delays in shipping. If it is too hot or cold, we suggest ordering during milder months to ensure plants arrive in best condition.
