Variegated String of Hearts

'Ceropegia woodii variegata'  is commonly referred to as "String of Hearts" and is a very unusual, hardy vining succulent that “String of Hearts” is a trailing succulent with cream, pink, and green heart-shaped leaves. Its stems have a purple tone. Oddly enough, this plant is a member of the Milkweed family (Asclepiadaceae) and in addition to its attractive leaves, it also produces small, bead-like tubers or bulbs at intervals along the vine giving it the appearance of a rosary.
